| Q: |
Why does THE BULLET™ not crush ice, it just spins it around?
|
| A: |
You may be overloading your cup. If you're using the bigger, homemade ice cubes, they need some room to move around so they can reach the blade. Smaller, less dense cubes will crush much easier. For the best results, combine a little liquid with the ice. Click here to see Blended Iced Coffee Drink video demonstration for more information.

| Q: |
It says everything is dishwasher safe, so why did my cups come out deformed after I put in the dishwasher?
|
| A: |
As mentioned in your User Manual, you should always wash the cups on the top shelf of you dishwasher. It's very likely that you have your dishwasher set to sanitize mode which uses extreme heat to clean the contents of the dishwasher. Most dishwashers have several settings that use less heat than sanitize, reduce the setting and always put your bullet cups on the top shelf.

| Q: |
What do I do if the Cup/Party Mug leaks while I'm mixing ingredients with the Magic Bullet Platinum Pro?
|
| A: |
Your Magic Bullet Platinum Pro is designed to provide a watertight seal for the life of the unit. If you find that, occasionally, liquid seeps out while you are using your Magic Bullet Platinum Pro, it is generally because of one of two reasons.
First, check to make sure that the blade assembly has been screwed tightly onto THE BULLET™ Cup or Party Mug.
Or, if it is firmly fastened, then the problem may be that the gasket is missing or not seated properly. There is a clear plastic gasket that lines the inside rim of the blade assembly. Occasionally, it will fall out in the dishwasher or sink. Check to make sure that the gasket is in the motor assembly. If it is not, then dig it out of your dishwasher or replace it with one of the spare gaskets provided in your kit.
